Recognizing staff and building community, supports and encourages a strong community. The Foundation is thrilled to be the funding partner for the 2024 PSD Celebrates staff recognition and community-building event.
PSD Foundation knows that educating our community on key issues and objectives is vital to helping create awareness and grow community support. Donor Lunch & Learn series kicked off with Mental Health as the focus topic at Boltz Middle School.
We fund dozens of grant requests for regulation spaces, calming stations, projects and inclusion efforts each year.
Through a generous gift from Kaiser Permanente and Healthier Generations, the Foundation provided every school-site staff member and educator with an end-of-the-year self care and wellness kit providing them with connection and care resources to recharge over summer break.
Through intentional partnership with the school district, PSD Foundation aids in funding many mental health and belonging-related projects throughout the district. From promotional materials to providing funding for access – PSD Foundation, with support from community donors, is able to make an impact on mental health and belonging at PSD.
